Marcom Connect has been working with event organizers from all across the globe for the past 17 years. Here are some recent examples in various industries.
NVIDIA, a global supplier of graphic cards and chips for PCs and game consoles, needed a solution to streamline the scheduling process between investors and start-ups for several of their events.
They selected Marcom ACE solution with a two-phased, direct appointment scheduling format. First, the investors scheduled meetings with the start-ups of their choice. During Phase 2, the start-ups were able to request meetings with investors who still had available time-slots.
The Accor Hotels group, number one hotel operator in France, was looking for a high-performance solution for their events connecting professional buyers with hotels in the group.
The solution was required to manage event registrations and optimize meetings for the different hotels (Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, etc.).
Marcom proposed a solution allowing buyers to send meeting requests to hotels that they had targeted. These requests were then validated directly by the event organizer.
The personalized agendas were then emailed to all participants allowing them time to prepare for their meetings before the event.
The South Pacific Tourism Organization is responsible for promoting tourism in the South Pacific.
SPTO organizes an annual event connecting regional tourism providers with international tour operators.
In order to optimize the quality of business meetings, SPTO chose Marcom ACE with a two-phase appointment scheduling process.
The first phase is based on the traditional mode. Participants can request and schedule a meeting amongst themselves by mutual agreement.
During the second phase, participants can fill up their schedule using the direct process, simply booking meetings directly whenever the other participant is available.
As part of its Business Forum 2017, Parcours France wanted to organize business meetings between exhibitor territories and companies with development projects in those regions.
To ensure qualified meetings for participants, our team suggested a prioritized meeting process, allowing companies and territories to pre-select and prioritize the partners they wanted to meet. Marcom Smart Meeting Scheduler algorithm then proceeded to assign meetings based on reciprocal requests and other parameters defined with the organizer, thus ensuring a productive day for all involved.
