From Marcom ACE launching to J-1:

As soon as the platform is launched, participants can request assistance via a dedicated tab, integrated into the platform. They will benefit from a personalized response from our customer service team within hours (in French, English or Spanish).

On D-Day:

Zero stress! A Marcom Connect representative can be on-site, to help the event organizer and manage participant requests (printing schedules or badges, adding/changing meetings if needed).

From D+1 to D+30:

We'll help your participants download their meeting reports, access additional information, etc.
We'll help your organizing team retrieve data reports, conduct satisfaction surveys and take a final stock of the event.
